National Forum on: “Local collection in Algeria between reality and challenges” on 12 and 13 March 2018

On March 12, 2018, in the presence of Professor Khaled Ramoul, Rector of Blida University 2 Lounici Ali, the Law and Real Estate Laboratory at the Faculty of Law and Political Science organized a national forum on: “Local collection in Algeria between reality and challenges”. Development and in coordination with the university presidency.

The forum, which took place on two consecutive days 12 and 13 March, witnessed the presence of professors from various universities of the country, such as Blida University 2, Medea University, Saida University, Khamis Miliana University, Boumerdes University, Jijel University, Bouira University, Al-Naama University, Research Center. The forum also witnessed a high turnout of students and professors throughout the activities of the Forum, in addition to media coverage from the audio and written press.

The program of the Forum witnessed two days of study, where the first day program included two axes, the first axis dealt with the general framework of local collection under the supervision of the chair of the session Dr. Bed bed, and the second axis tax sources for local groups under the supervision of Dr. Boussouh Noureddine. Local in Algeria and the tax sources of real estate collection…

The second day included the third and fourth axis on the role of decentralization in financing the budgets of local communities under the supervision of the chairperson Dr. Boubacar Noureddine, and the fifth and sixth axis ways to reform and evaluate the local collection in Algeria under the supervision of the session Dr. Belkacem Ahmed, and the second day also included several interventions and discussions, such as the role of collection Local financing of local communities’ budget, and mechanisms developed to manage the property of local communities ……

At the closing ceremony, the participants witnessed the distribution of certificates of appreciation.
