Mr. Adel Mezough, Vice president of the University for development, foresight and orientation at Blida 2 University 02 Ali Lounisi, holds a Ph.D. in Commercial Science majoring in Marketing and holder of Certificate in accounts governor issued by the National Accounting Council.
He was the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Public Institution of Industrial and Commercial Nature of the Public Lighting of the Municipality of Blida.
