This morning, 02/18/2023, the Rector, Pr. Khaled Ramoul, supervised, at the headquarters of the incubator of the University of Blida 2, the opening of the first day of training under the slogan Adapt Skills to Succeed, for the benefit of the directors of the incubators and the members of the scientific committees of the universities and higher schools of the Center Region. The training, which will last until February 20 th , 2023, is organized by the University of Blida 2 in coordination with the National Commission for the Coordination of Innovation Monitoring and Incubators, under the supervision of the incubator of the University of Blida 2.
The first day of training knew the presence of members of the ministerial commission, involved in training for the Center Region, represented by Dr. Mounir Bilali (Coordinator of Universities in the Center Region), Prof. Sid
Ahmed Hadj Aissa (Director of the incubator of the University of Blida 2), Dr. Omar Haroun (international expert). Were also present the vice rector in charge of pedagogy at the University of Blida 2, Prof. Said Boukhaouche, and the
Secretary General of the university, Mr. Youcef Righi.
During his opening speech, Prof. Ramoul expressed his great joy that the University of Blida 2 hosted the three day training from February 18 to 20, 2023. He stressed that the choice of the University as a training center for the
Center Region is nothing but recognition of its efforts in support of resolution 1275, as well as that of its incubator, which obtained the "Label" after fulfilling all the necessary conditions and qualifications. The speaker added that the training session is part of the 41st commitment of the President of the Republic, Mr. Abdelmadjid Tebboune, which aims to “make the Algerian university a center of local, national and international influence”.
For his part, Dr. Bilali indicated during his speech that the activities of the training workshop are the first step of training which benefits the managers of the incubators and the members of the university scientific committees.
The coordinator of the universities of the Center Region specified that the first workshop is part of the training of trainers, the second workshop concerns Design Thinking, and finally, the third workshop is dedicated to training on the Business Model Sample (BMS).
Besides, Dr. Bilali indicated that the TOT training course aims to qualify the participants scientifically and skillfully to gain the practical experience and skills needed to work as professional trainers in their field. The training program
deals with the psychological barriers to which the trainer is exposed at the beginning of his career and how he could deal with them. This program exposes different models of scientific training.
In the same vein, Dr. Haroun underlined that the training is the result of the work of the National Innovation Monitoring Coordination Commission and university incubators, which have discussed the best scientific and
methodological ways and methods appropriate in order to prepare an end-of- study dissertation in order to obtain a degree within the framework of resolution 1275. Dr Haroun notably added that the purpose of the training sessions is, initially, the training of trainers to ensure the continuity of entrepreneurial thinking and emerging institutions within academic institutions and higher schools, as well as an attempt to combine the efforts of academic institutions so that there is a unified model of joint training.
