On April 09, 2018, in the presence of the Rector of Blida 2 Lounici Ali Prof. Khaled Ramoul, the Laboratory of Economic and Human Development in Algeria, in cooperation with the Human Development Research Team in Algeria, organized an international scientific conference on “The importance of human resources development in the digital economy”. April 10, 2018, Faculty of Economic, Commercial and Management Sciences, headed by Dr. Amer Bashir of Blida University.
The conference witnessed the participation of former ministers such as the former Minister of Education and Vocational Training, Dr. Hedi Khalidi, and the former Minister of Industry, Dr. Samari Abdelkader, as well as the participation of professors and doctors from the universities of the country such as Blida University 2, Laghouat University, Tizi Ouzou University, Bejaia University, Tlemcen…. The participation of professors and doctors from universities of foreign countries such as Shaqra University Saudi Arabia, Jadara University of Jordan, Al-Azhar University…
During the conference, the participants discussed and addressed the importance of human resources development in the digital economy, and presented the problems and obstacles that hinder the subject and the development of strategies that will give greater importance to human resources development in the digital economy.
