Allergic study day on: Prevention of food poisoning (university center model)

On March 15, 2018, in the presence of Rector of Blida 2 Lounisi Ali Prof. Khaled Ramoul, the university presidency organized a sensitization day on “Prevention of food poisoning in the university environment” within the framework of the National Quality Week from 12 to 18 March in cooperation with the Ministry of Commerce.

The program was attended by Mr. Ben Hamida Ahmed, a representative of the Ministry of Commerce, who participated in an intervention titled Prevention of food poisoning in university food, and Mr. Bouhamid Rabah, President of the Scientific Council of the Faculty of Medicine, University of Blida, with an intervention entitled le respect de l hygiéne alimentaire. In addition to the participation of Mrs. Lamali Karima, a specialist in epidemiology at the Public Institution for Mental Health of the Muzayée in an intervention entitled prevention of food poisoning in the university environment.

Where the overall interventions were on how to prevent food poisoning in university food and university clubs.

The aim of the allergic theme is to spread the culture of prevention of food poisoning in the university environment in particular, and to show the risks and health complications resulting from it and threatening the physical health of them.
