A preparatory meeting for the international conference The situation of the judicial officer in economic development between text and reality

On 04/24/2023, the vice-rector, in charge of external relations and cooperation, Dr. Sarah Kouider Rabah, attended the preparatory meeting for the international conference The situation of the judicial officer in economic development between text and reality. The conference will take place from May 4, 2023 at the Faculty of Law and Political Science.

The coordination meeting took place in the presence of the dean of the faculty, Dr. Abdessamed Akkab, the vice-deans, as well as the president and the members of the regional chamber of judicial officers.

In his opening speech, the dean indicated that the meeting is the third of its kind, after the first two ones which focused on the finalization of the scientific aspects of local and foreign participants. As for the meeting in progress, it is a closing session to prepare and finalize the logistical and organizational aspects of the conference, including invitations, accommodation and meals offered to the participants with oral papers.
Dr. Akkab also added that the conference was the result of an agreement between the University of Blida 2 and the Regional Chamber of Judicial Officers, and is of great importance because it seeks to find solutions to problems in the field encountered by the judicial officer in the execution of court decisions.

Furthermore, the conference aims to learn from experiences within the framework of the exercise of the profession of the judicial officer, in particular at the level of the inclusion of dematerialization such as the electronic declaration, and the establishment of a database which will facilitate the task of the judicial officer.
