The National Scientific Forum on Administrative Empowerment and its Relationship with the Creativity of the Employees

On 02 May 2018, under the supervision of the Director of the University of Blida 2 Lounici Ali Khaled Ramoul, the Faculty of Economic Sciences, Commercial Sciences and Management Sciences, in cooperation with the Laboratory of Local Groups Management and their role in achieving development, organized a national scientific forum on “Administrative Empowerment and its Relationship with the Creativity of the Employees of the Foundation. This is amidst a wide participation of professors and doctors from various universities of the country such as Blida 2, Medea University, Chlef University, Biskra University, Khenchela University, Mostaganem University….

The forum witnessed several valuable interventions and discussions on administrative empowerment and its relationship with the creativity of employees in the economic institution, such as the role of administrative empowerment in improving the performance of human resources in the economic institution, dimensions of the strategy of empowerment and its contribution to the development of administrative creativity, the role of empowerment in supporting women entrepreneurs in Algeria.
