A national forum on the business climate in Algeria between constitutional consecration and economic reality

On April 11, 2018, under the supervision of the Rector of Blida 2 Prof. Khaled Ramoul, in the presence of the Vice Chancellor in charge of Higher Training in the third phase and university qualification and scientific research and after graduation Dr. Nasreddine Bouhassain, the Department of Private Law organized a specialization of Business Law The Algerian Economic Club, represented by former Minister Abdelkader Samar, is a national forum on “The business climate in Algeria between constitutional consecration and economic reality” under the chairmanship of Dr. Ben Nasser Wahiba.

The Forum witnessed a wide participation of professors and doctors from various universities of the country, such as Blida University 2, Khamis Miliana University, Boudouaou University, Medea University, Tizi Ouzou University, Chlef University, Djelfa University and Tipaza University. In addition to media coverage of the forum from Radio Blida, the forum included interventions and discussions on the legal framework of the business climate and legal mechanisms to improve the business climate, in addition to evaluating the policy to improve the business climate and this by briefing various aspects of the topic and more familiar with it, and the development of concepts Current T, as the forum also aims to establish a culture of improving the business climate in Algeria and the definition of investment policy in Algeria and analysis of novel provisions to improve the business climate in Algeria.
