Under the auspices of the presidency of the University of Blida 2, and under the supervision of the Faculty of Arts and Languages Department of Arabic Language and Literature organized the second edition of the National Forum for Linguistics tagged: Specialized languages and issues of the language of scientific research, on 14 and 15 of this month, after the honorable success achieved by the Forum in its first edition during The academic year 2015, which was entitled: “The linguistic term and its employment in university education”, which was a large scientific forum attended by professors and researchers from different universities of the country, and was crowned by a valuable lecture to the deceased linguistic research in Algeria, the professor Professor Abdel Rass Hadj Saleh, president of the Algerian Academy of Arabic, may God have mercy on him.
This national forum raised a sensitive topic in linguistic research, namely the languages of specialization les langues spécialisées, which is one of the most important linguistic disciplines being researched, and the development of interest in them in the finest academic bodies, universities and research centers in the world, as they represent the second part of terminology research, and extension A group of experts, doctors and researchers representing 28 universities and research centers participated in this national scientific meeting, where the number of scientific lectures reached more than eighty lectures.
The participants in this forum, in four languages, Arabic, French, English and Italian also discussed many scientific problems such as:
– What are the mechanisms of reference to look after the languages of specialization and the language of scientific research?
– What role does the specialization languages play in promoting cognitive mobility in Algerian universities and research centers?
– How can we overcome the deadlock and the mechanisms of control and unification in the Arab world ?.
The event also featured a wide participation of students, researchers and professors from various scientific disciplines, as well as the diverse presence of national media.
After two days of discussion and discussion about the problems of this national scientific forum, the participants came up with a set of recommendations and suggestions, including: – Seeking to promote this forum to a Maghreb forum, and calling for teaching “the language of specialization” as a measure in the departments and colleges of various Algerian universities, in addition to their suggestion. To establish laboratories and research teams in specialized Arabic, as well as dictionaries in specialized terms and the establishment of an electronic program logiciel in specialized languages.
The participants also recommended opening the fields of training in the Master and Ph.D. titles, specialization languages, and open to research laboratories in the field of fine sciences and experimental sciences to take advantage of the characteristics of their speeches and transfer to the humanities, with emphasis on authorship in the field of specialization books, magazines and research.
